Meet Pepsi – he is a 5 year old mixed breed who spends most of his time lying in his kennel because no one wants to meet and salute him anymore.
Babylon Animal Shelter hopes social media fans can help Pepsi find a loving forever home.
In February 2019, Pepsi was found wandering the streets and kept running because he was so scared.
He was finally caught near the Pepsi Company factory – that’s how his sweet name was given.
No one can understand why he doesn’t have already got a home.
The volunteer writes:
“This stunning 5-6 year old boy knows his basic commands and loves long walks. They are described as a really ‘calm’ dog who likes to play, but also likes to lie down and cuddle with his people. He’s a whole package just waiting to become someone’s ally. “
Pepsi is kind of shy when meeting new people, but he warms up very quickly. His one issue is that he doesn’t like other dogs, and although the shelter states he walks alright on a leash, he are often reactive to other dogs passing by. He is also described as “a bit of an escape artist”, so his home and yard should be secured. It is desirable that there are no children under the age of 14 in the house.

Help Pepsi find an experienced family who will spend a lot of time with him. Help find a Pepsi family that will allow this special boy to decompress, slowly introduce new people and provide him with lots of exercise and adventure.
